Q : Can my billing address be different from delivery address?

A : Of course. We do understand everyone has different arrangements in terms of delivery and if you would like to surprise someone with a pair of EMMÈ, please also include in your comments under delivery so we will not attach the receipt inside. Who doesn’t love shoes as a gift right?

Q : Can I use multiple discount codes or combine promotions?

Sorry, it is a No. However, you can choose the most beneficial discount code you have and still get an awesome discount. Anyway, who cares about discount when you can get hold of that special pair of EMMÈ?

Q : My promo code is not working. What should I do?

You can always email us your order via and we can process the order manual just for you. If the item is sold out due to the time difference of the promo code, we will manufacture specially for you again and deliver to you again within 4 working weeks. So fret not with EMMÈ!

Q : I love EMMÈ shoes so much! How do I become a lifetime member?

A : Thank you for loving our shoes! In order to become a lifetime member, you can simply spend a total of $500 in a single cart and you will be entitled a 10% off for all your future EMMÈ purchases. Psst…you can always combine purchases from your best girlfriends, sisters or even mother too!

Q : I ordered my shoes but have yet to receive them after 3 working days. What should I do now?

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive your shoes. Kindly email us at so that we can investigate the situation immediately. In any situation where your EMMÈ is lost in delivery, we will send you another pair!

Q : I love your shoes but I am not based in Singapore. Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Simple enter your shipping address at check out and our website will automatically calculate the shipping charges for you.

Q : Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

A : We are so sad you did not like that pair of EMMÈ and we will definitely allow you to do a free refund or exchange within 7 days from purchase. Please note that the shoes need to be in new condition, unused and with outsole plastic still on. If you wish to do an exchange of size, please write in to so that we can also deliver your desired size down for an exchange at the same time.

Q : What kind of payment methods do you accept?

A : We only accept payment in all types of credit cards for purchases made online. Let’s all move towards a cashless world!

Q : Are there any chance you can customize a pair of EMMÈ just for me?

A : Of course! Nothing is impossible in this world. If you love a design of our shoes but you want it in another colour or another size such as 34 or 42, do write in to us at so that our customer service can contact you directly to understand more about your requirements. Please note that customization of shoes is subject to availability of leather material and other manufacturing constraints.

Q : The shoes I want so much is out of stock, what should I do?

A : You can always click on “Notify me when item is back in stock” and if the item comes back into stock, we will inform you immediately. Do note that our shoes are all manufacturer in controlled quantity to ensure exclusiveness for all our customers. Therefore, you are highly encouraged to join our mailing list for all new collections and designs to avoid disappointment.
